24-Hour Serious Claim Service
Should a serious claim occur after regular business
hours, or on a weekend, Acadia Insurance provides 24 Hour Serious Claims
Service, 7 days a week. Serious claims can be reported by calling 800-691-4966.
Glass Repair
and Replacement Claims
Acadia Insurance will waive your deductible if
your damaged glass can be safely repaired rather than replaced. To
report a glass claim, call 888-325-0056.
