Inland Marine Manager

As the manager of our Inland Marine department, you will be responsible for driving our growth and expanding our presence within the Acadia territory. Building successful relationships with our independent agents and our branch offices is critical. You will work with our leadership team on employee development, product enhancements, risk selection and pricing strategies, all designed to position Acadia as a premier Inland Marine market in the Northeast.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in product, market and distribution development; strong leadership and technical skills; and must be willing to travel throughout New England and New York.
A bachelor’s degree, seven years of inland marine or property underwriting experience and management experience are required, as well as a track record of success growth.
